MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

To enrol in a course, you must first become a member of U3A Central Coast Tasmania. Please complete the annual membership form below and pay the $40 annual membership fee.

Once you have become a 2021 member you may enrol in any of the courses U3A Central Coast Tasmania offers. Sometimes you may be asked to contribute to the cost of course materials. We do our best to ensure that those who enrol are granted a place. If a course is oversubscribed, places will be allocated by the committee as fairly as possible.

Payment can be made via cash, cheque or EFT. Find details below in form.

Because of the disruption to our program caused by COVID-19, 2020 membership has been extended to cover the period from January 2020 to December 2021.
