Outline of course:  Practise simple breathing techniques for relaxation, for fuller breaths and slower breathing, for warming up and for cleansing the brain.  Mindfulness involves bringing your awareness to the present moment.  You will probably leave each session feeling more relaxed.

Course requirements: Water to drink.
