Physical and Mental Wellness Techniques

Outline of course:  Simple yoga to stretch and balance, step by step relaxation to calm the central nervous system, centering breath work and basic meditation to increase the silence and stillness of the mind. These techniques will also strengthen the lungs, hydrate your spine and discs, and increase the flexibility of your body and outlook

Items to bring: Drinking water, and things to assure your comfort when relaxing, eg yoga mat or blanket. Chairs are available for the yoga, the relaxing and the meditating for your physical comfort.
