Outline of course:  The course involves stretching the main muscle groups – spine, and muscles of the back, shoulders, neck, hips, arms and legs.  Learn how to use your breath to control your stretches.  Stretch with focus and appreciation.

Items to bring: Drinking water.

Course requirements: It is important that participants be able to sit on the floor or on cushions.
